Research on the Strategy of Enhancing the Competitiveness of Chinese logistics Companies

Abstract

The master’s thesis examines theoretical and practical aspects of enhancing the competitiveness of logistics enterprises based on the case of China Z Logistics Co., Ltd.. The study analyzes the external and internal business environment, identifying key development challenges under increasing competition and global disruptions. Modern strategic analysis tools, including PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces model, are applied. The research proposes recommendations for improving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and human resource development. The results can be used to improve development strategies of logistics companies.У магістерській роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності логістичних підприємств на прикладі China Z Logistics Co., Ltd.. Проаналізовано зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище функціонування підприємства, визначено основні проблеми розвитку в умовах посилення конкуренції та впливу глобальних факторів. Використано сучасні методи стратегічного аналізу, зокрема PEST-аналіз і модель п’яти сил Портера. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності, оптимізації витрат і розвитку кадрового потенціалу. Отримані результати можуть бути застосовані для вдосконалення стратегій розвитку логістичних компаній.
