Emergencies in children with respiratory system diseases: diagnosis and treatment : methodical recommendations for students of higher education in the 4 and 6 years of study in the discipline «Pediatrics»

Abstract

Methodological recommendations contain information about emergency care for children with the most common diseases of the respiratory system, such as croup, epiglottitis, bronchiolitis, bronchial asthma, and aspiration of a foreign body. Methodical recommendations are worked out on the basis of the Program of disciplines of «Pediatrics», «Pediatrics and children infectious diseases» for students of higher medical educational institutions of III–IV levels of accreditation, authorized by Ministry of Health of Ukraine. These recommendations are intended for the 4th and 6th years English-speaking medical students.Методичні рекомендації містять інформацію щодо надання допомоги при невідкладних станах дітям із найпоширеними захворюваннями органів дихання, таких як круп, епіглотит, бронхіоліт, бронхіальна астма, аспірація інородного тіла. Методичні рекомендації розроблено на основі програми дисциплін «Педіатрія», «Педіатрія з дитячими інфекційними хворобами» для студентів вищих медичних навчальних закладів III–IV рівнів акредитації, затвердженої МОЗ України. Дані рекомендації призначені для студентів 4-го та 6-го курсу медичних факультетів англомовного навчання.
