Methodical materials from the course "Obtaining and using callus cultures" are presented in the complex. The general structure of the course, the annotated content of the lecture material, the protocols of the laboratory workshop, the literature and іnternet resources for the course, the topics of the seminar classes, a set of test tasks for self-control of students, control questions for the course, and the principles of evaluating the success of students are given.
