The object of the study is peculiarities of competitiveness of modern enterprises. The subject of the study is in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by Dongfeng Motor Corporation in the modern economic environment, focusing on how management practices effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of the qualifying master's thesis is to construct through the synthesis and analysis of the existing theories a framework of competitive advantage suitable for Dongfeng Motor Corporation and help it to formulate their growth strategies more clearly in a changing market environment. Based on the results of the study theoretical and practical provisions regarding the optimization of enterprise competitive edge were formulated. The practical significance of the research results lies in that their use will contribute to the improvement of the enterprise competitiveness management system in modern conditions. Obtained results: as a result of the thesis research ways of improving the competitiveness of Dongfeng Motor Group were proposed.

Theoretical provisions, conclusions, and practical recommendations provided in the research create a foundation for effectively managing the client base within the framework of a client-oriented strategy for banks. Practical significance: The research provides actionable insights and methodologies that JSC "Oschadbank" can implement to optimize its client base management system, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen its competitive position in the financial market.

Crisis management in preventing internal threats to the bank

The object of research is the anti-crisis management processes in banking institutions in Ukraine. The subject of research includes the theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as practical provisions, for improving anti-crisis management strategies to minimize internal threats to banks. The purpose of the master's thesis is to generalize scientific and methodological approaches to defining the concept of "anti-crisis management" and to develop practical recommendations for improving the anti-crisis management processes in banks under modern conditions. The practical significance of the research results lies in the fact that the scientific conclusions and recommendations developed during the study are presented as concrete proposals that can be applied to the practical activities of banks to strengthen their anti-crisis management strategies.

The obtained results are of significant practical importance, as the theoretical propositions, conclusions, and recommendations from the research have been transformed into methodological tools that can be directly applied in banking practice to improve the management of consumer behavior. Practical significance: The results of this study offer actionable strategies for PJSC "BANK VOSTOK" to better manage consumer behavior, especially in challenging conditions such as wartime. These insights can also be adapted by other banks to strengthen customer relationships, improve service delivery, and maintain competitiveness in volatile environments.

The research results are of great significance for improving the reputation management level of GAC commercial vehicles and promoting the healthy development of the automotive industry. The obtained results can be used in the development of methodological foundations for the design of a personnel management mechanism at a company as a means of preventing its internal threats.
