Жизнесозидающая креативность личности: монография (Массимо Мэдоро (в Главе 3)] (in Russian)(Харьков: Издательство «Форт», 2014) Иванченко, Андреянна Алексеевна; Ivanchenko, Andreyanna; Іванченко, Андреянна ОлексіївнаIn this book, the phenomenon of creativity is first considered as a dynamic «creative life-orientation» and substantiates the position that a creative lifestyle is not only a strategic life motto, but also a way to stay in a good psychosomatic state. The positive effect of «creative life-orientation» on the psycho-energetics and somo-physiological state of human health has been established, in which the Reiki system (as one of the ancient Eastern arts of self-healing, self-restoring, and self-regenerating of psycho-physiological functions) acts as an additional auxiliary health-stabilizing way and means that effectively affects the human body and existence. The doctrine and techniques of applying the Reiki system for the first time receive scientific justification. The psychological and philosophical base of the study were determined, theoretical and empirical results were summarized, brief historical, philosophical and cultural information from the life of a number of East Asian states was given, some facts about the originality, uniqueness, life priorities and original native traditions of the peoples of these countries were given. The Reiki system, disclosed in terms of its positive effect on the recovery processes in the body, is described in chapter 3 in collaboration with the Italian operator-allist, psychologist Massimo Medoro. The monograph is intended for researchers, teachers and students, as well as for everyone who is interested in the psychology of personality formation, issues of spirituality, life creativity, self-actualization, psycho-somatic-physiology of health, person's psycho-energy reserves, relationship between the disclosure of his spiritual and creative potential and quality of life. В данной книге феномен креативности впервые рассматривается как жизнесозидающая динамическая направленность и обосновывается положение о том, что креативный образ жизни – это не только стратегический жизненный девиз, но и способ пребывания в хорошем психосоматическом состоянии. Установлено позитивное воздействие креативности на психоэнергетику и сомофизиологическое состояние здоровья человека, при котором система Рэйки (как один из древневосточных искусств восстановления и самовосстановления психофизиологических функций) выступает в роли дополнительного вспомогательного здоровье-стабилизирующего средства, действенно влияющего на организм и экзистенцию человека. Учение и техника применения системы Рэйки впервые получают научное обоснование. Определена психолого-философская база исследования, обобщены теоретико-эмпирические результаты, даны краткие историко-философские и культурологические сведения из жизни ряда восточноазиатских государств, приведены некоторые факты о самобытности, жизненных приоритетах и исконных традициях народов этих стран. Their role in the formation of personality and the implementation of its life path is undeniable. The main attention is paid not so much to the psychological description of these two fundamental phenomena (thinking and «creative life-orientation»), but to the analysis of the ways and means of their development and improvement. Two main paths are presented. The first way is a variety of intellectual trainings aimed at the formation of different qualities of thinking, imagination and memory, as well as creative life-orientation. The second way is relaxation and meditation practices (first of all, the system of increasing life potential according to the doctrine of the Reiki system and practicing of traditional meditation according to Maharishi), aimed at the overall integral improvement of the health and condition of brain functioning, increasing mental capabilities and personality’s effectiveness. At the same time, if the first path (trainings) even more or less fits into the traditions of the Ukrainian (and more globally - Slavic, i.e. European) mentality and as a whole quite easily enters in the life traditions, taking root in life (although many still underestimate its efficiency!), then the second way (Reiki, Yoga, relaxation-meditation practices) is quite unusual for the Slavic-European worldview, so it is often perceived very skeptically and wary. At the same time, if the first path (trainings) even more or less fits into the traditions of the Ukrainian (and if more globally - Slavic, i.e. European) mentality and as a whole quite easily enters in the life traditions, taking root in life (although many still underestimate its efficiency!), then the second way (Reiki, Yoga, relaxation-meditation practices) is quite unusual for the Slavic-European worldview, so it is often perceived very skeptically and wary. However, according to the available psychological literature, and on the basis of long-standing experience in the practical work of the authors, we can safely say: East Asian self-healing technologies work! they are effective! But here we emphasize: the effect does not appear immediately. They need to be practiced for a while. Advocating developing trainings and relaxation-meditation practices as ways of effective development of thinking and «creative life-orientation», we underline with particular and complete conviction: they are by no means the main or basic, but only auxiliary, additional ways of developing these psychological qualities. The following thought is fundamental: the affirmation, development, improvement of thinking and «creative life-orientation» does not at all end in adolescence, but can continue, and really continues, also in adulthood. Thus, each phenomenon (“creativity” and “CLO”) gets its own interpretation and scientific justification, reflects its own psychological essence, determines its own psychic substance, has a personal concept and mechanism, and thus it is possible to avoid their equivalency. It is shown that CLO shows its humanistic essence and sanogenic qualities only on the basis of spirituality, which a priori includes intrapersonal and interpersonal aspects (Harmony-Love and Dialogue-Consensus): only in this case, CLO is a life-creating internal recreational orientation. Otherwise, the life orientation of the personality mutates (transforming into a form of primitive self-assertion under the pressure of narrow-personality priorities and ambitions), which leads to the emergence of the “anti-creativity” syndrome. An interdisciplinary system-humanistic approach to the study of CLO has been developed, which allowed to reveal its psychological mechanism (on the basis of the concept developed by the author and the conceptual model of CLO). It is shown that motives and emotions are connected in a single complex. Synergo-empathic substance produces an attractive-empathic force, which contributes to the unity of intentions, emotions and aims. Simultaneously, the work of various subsystems of the body is synchronized, psycho-physiological self-regulation takes place, and spirituality is enriched. Attraction-empathy factor activates the motivational-incentive block of CLO, which stimulates cognitive-motor activity and ensures the achievement of common goals. A functional and operational model of CLO has been created, on the basis of which it has been established that: a) both spirituality and CLO are not only a prerequisite for the process of person's self-stabilization / self-actualization, but also a goal which he achieves; b) spirituality and CLO are manifested, then acting in a synergistic unity: firstly, they mutually stimulate each another, and secondly, they represent a single comprehensive indicator of health promotion; c) CLO has a dualistic character: at the initial stage it appears as a condition for the development of spirituality, creating a life plan, stabilizing health and building a positive existence algorithm, and at the next stage it acts as a result (a person accepts it as the main further mode in life). It is established that personality evolution and CLO are interdependent (if necessary, a person’s internal reserves can be strengthened using ancient Oriental self-healing techniques, the purpose of which is to replenish the energy reserve and normalize psychosomatics for further spiritual and intellectual development). The repetition of this cycle stabilizes CLO: the process of its opening becomes a permanent determinate one and spontaneously manifests itself in other areas of vital activity. A new concept – namely, “self-organizing psychological system”, which characterizes a social group in the interaction of subjects of the educational and professional sphere – has been introduced. The following is empirically stated: 1) an increase in the index of psychosomatic health is reflected in the general mode of existence, that indicates the ordering of various areas of the mental - emotional, motivational, behavioral and cognitive; 2) the process of creative self-disclosure a priori has stress-preventive and health-preserving effects, which is an important recreational factor: in a person who is in a creative state, the cognitive, motor, motivational-volitional and psycho-physiological spheres of activity are synchronized, emotional-perceptual protection from negative stimuli is created, the ability to emotionally-heuristic self-stimulation and rational self-regulation arises; 3) since CLO is composed of the spiritual, genetic and intellectual resources of the individual, so CLO figures as the organizer of cognitive-emotional experience and effective self-realization. An innovative technology of linguistic education has been developed. The author’s program (for the creative life-orientation activation in the process of subjects’ interaction during their educational and professional activity) is developed and the innovative technology of its manifestation is tested in the framework of the teaching «Self-organizing Psychological System», by the example of linguistic education. A positive relationship between the person’s creative life-orientation, spirituality and psychosomatics has been established. The developmental-correcting role of the creative life-orientation has been empirically confirmed, as well as the anti-stress function in the process of personality’s self-establishment and self-development has been revealed. Проведен сравнительный анализ понятий «креативность» и «творчество», а также терминов, обозначающих данные понятия. Обосновано положение о креативности как динамической жизне-созидающей направленности личности. Утверждается, что раскрытие креативности сопровождается положительной эмоцио-подпиткой, позитивогенностью настроения, минимумом био-энергозатрат и одновременно выступает профилактикой дестабилизирующих психо-соматических проявлений. This paper is dedicated to the theoretical summarizing of native investigations relating to the creativity like a scientific concept and mental phenomenon. The comparative analysis of creativity and creative life-orientation notions as well as the terms they signify has been carried out. The thesis of creative life-orientation like a dinamic life-creating directing vector has been proved. Обоснована взаимосвязь духовности с креативностью. Доказано их совокупное влияние на усовершенствование процесса лингвообучения, что в совокупности активирует природный инстинкт успеха, параллельно улучшая психо-сомофизиологическое самочувствие и эффективность жизнедеятельности личности. Раскрыта структура саморазвивающейся психологической обучающей системы, развитие которой всецело зависит от типологических качеств и интеллектуально-поведенческих способностей руководителя. Подтверждена эффективность применения научно- методического подхода (как единого для изучения любого иностранного языка) и интенсивной лингвопрограммы, которые были разработаны автором: они основаны на схематизации и лаконичности учебного материала, познавательной вовлеченности и мотивации, реализации личных желаний и устремлений, позитивном эффекте удивления-неожиданности, прочном долговременном лингвостереотипе, самопроизвольной активации лингвоинтуиции, быстрой выработке навыка понимания иностранной речи и говорения на изучаемом иностранном языке.
