    The discipline «Administrative Process» is intended for 3rd year full-time students of the first level of higher education - Bachelor's degree in International Law, speciality 293 «International Law» and is a mandatory part of professional training. Teaching and studying this discipline covers the sphere of public legal relations between public administration entities (authorities, their officials, judicial institutions) and individuals or legal entities. It concerns the recognition, implementation, protection and defence of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and the state in the field of public relations, as well as the consideration and resolution of administrative cases in accordance with the rules of administrative procedure law. The methodological recommendations «Administrative Process: Materials for Seminars and Independent Work of Students» were developed in accordance with the University's mission and are aimed at developing students' in-depth knowledge of legal theories and modern norms of administrative process. They contribute to the formation of skills to apply this knowledge in practical legal activities, including the preparation of procedural documents, the development of critical thinking and the ability to further study. Administrative process is one of the most important legal procedural disciplines, without knowledge of which it is impossible to obtain a complete legal education. Educational activities, such as lectures, practical (seminar) classes and independent work of students, are aimed at transferring scientific, theoretical and practical knowledge, acquiring skills in the practical implementation of the provisions of current legislation, developing students' intellectual activity and broadening their outlook. The practical application of administrative procedure rules requires constant attention to changes and updates in this area of law. Studying the discipline is an integral part of the formation of a qualified lawyer, as it provides an opportunity to deepen knowledge of judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, representation of public authorities, preparation of procedural documents, as well as familiarisation with the regulatory framework in the field of administrative justice. The methodological recommendations of the discipline are developed in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the legislation on higher education, licensing conditions for conducting educational activities and other regulatory acts, including departmental recommendations on educational and methodological support of disciplines in higher education institutions. In the process of mastering the material of the discipline, students should carefully consider and understand the essence and structure of the system of administrative procedure law, as well as the existing debatable and problematic issues.
