Богословські та суспільно-політичні ідеї Йосипа Волоцького

Abstract

У роботі досліджено постать Йосип Волоцький та його вплив на церковне й суспільно-політичне життя Московського князівства кінця XV – початку XVI століття. Проаналізовано основні твори, зокрема «Просвітитель» і «Духовну грамоту», їх зміст та значення для боротьби з єресями і формування церковної ідеології. Розглянуто історіографію проблеми та полеміку між йосифлянами і нестяжателями. Застосування контент-аналізу дозволило визначити особливості богословських ідей автора та їх вплив на розвиток православної церкви. Зроблено висновок про значну роль Йосипа Волоцького у зміцненні церковної організації та формуванні взаємин між церквою і державою.This study examines the figure of Joseph Volotsky and his influence on the ecclesiastical and socio-political life of the Grand Duchy of Moscow at the turn of the 15th–16th centuries. The research analyzes his major works, particularly The Enlightener and the Spiritual Charter, focusing on their role in combating heresies and shaping church ideology. The historiography of the issue is reviewed, including the debate between the Josephites and the Non-Possessors. The use of content analysis made it possible to identify the key features of his theological ideas and their broader impact. The study concludes that Joseph Volotsky played a significant role in strengthening church organization and defining relations between church and state.
