Політика радянської влади в житловому питанні в 1920-ті роки (на матеріалах України)

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена вивченню політики радянської влади в житловому питанні в 1920-ті роки в період нової економічної політики (на матеріалах України). Дослідження включає аналіз джерел та здобутків історіографії з даної проблеми. В роботі аналізуються основні напрямки політики більшовиків в житловій сфері, а також наслідки реалізації класового принципу (підходу) у житловій політиці радянської держави. Розглядається житлова криза та причини її виникнення у 1920-х роках в Україні та вивчаються заходи, вжиті радянською владою для її подолання.The thesis is devoted to the study of the policy of the Soviet government in the housing issue in the 1920s during the New Economic Policy (on the materials of Ukraine). The study includes an analysis of the sources and achievements of historiography on this issue. The paper analyzes the main directions of the Bolsheviks' policy in the housing sector, as well as the results of the implementation of the class principle (approach) in the housing policy of the Soviet state. The housing crisis and the causes of its occurrence in the 1920s in Ukraine are considered and the measures taken by the Soviet authorities to overcome it are studied.
