Дипломатична боротьба щодо обмеження озброєнь та трансформація системи європейської безпеки у 1985–1991 рр.

Abstract

Застосовуючи методи порівняння та аналізу під час роботи, а також використовуючи різноманітні джерела, досліджено особливості дипломатичної боротьби, щодо обмеження озброєнь та геополітичного вибору провідних у військовому плані країн Європи та Північної-Атлантики кінця ХХ століття. Визначено причини та умови трансформації системи європейської безпеки у 1985−1991 рр., розглянуто принципи обмеження військового потенціалу НАТО та ОВД, проаналізовано наслідки процесів роззброєння для України. Основну увагу визначено специфіці формування політики національної безпеки на Європейському континенті. Визначено переваги та негативні сторони наявних стратегій, концепцій національної безпеки, воєнних доктрин, чинного законодавства у сфері безпеки та оборони. Обґрунтовано концепцію дозрівання об'єктивних тенденцій потенційного регіонального лідерства США, її провідної ролі під час формування регіональних економічних і воєнно-політичних блоків, дано характеристику впливу НАТО та ОВД.Applying the methods of comparison and analysis during the work, as well as using various sources, the peculiarities of the diplomatic struggle, regarding the limitation of arms and the geopolitical choice of the militarily leading countries of Europe and the North Atlantic at the end of the 20th century were investigated. The causes and conditions of the transformation of the European security system in 1985-1991 are determined, the principles of limiting the military potential of NATO and the ATS are considered, and the consequences of disarmament processes for Ukraine are analyzed. The main focus is on the specifics of national security policy formation on the European continent. Advantages and disadvantages of existing strategies, concepts of national security, military doctrines, current legislation in the field of security and defense are determined. The concept of maturing objective trends of the potential regional leadership of the USA, its leading role during the formation of regional economic and military political blocs is substantiated, and the characteristics of the influence of NATO and the Defense Ministry are given.
