The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Manager's Behavior

Abstract

The master’s thesis examines the influence of organizational culture on managerial behavior based on the case of Xiaomi. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations, essence, and components of organizational culture and its importance for modern organizations. An assessment of the company’s organizational culture is conducted using SWOT and PEST analysis, identifying key issues and influencing factors. The research proposes recommendations for improving organizational culture to enhance management effectiveness, team collaboration, and sustainable business development.У магістерській роботі досліджено вплив організаційної культури на поведінку менеджера на прикладі Xiaomi. Проаналізовано теоретичні засади організаційної культури, її сутність, складові та значення для сучасних організацій. Проведено оцінку організаційної культури підприємства із застосуванням SWOT- та PEST-аналізу, виявлено основні проблеми та чинники впливу. Розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення організаційної культури з метою підвищення ефективності управління, покращення командної взаємодії та забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства.
