Шляхи підвищення прибутку підприємства

Abstract

Досліджено поняття прибутку, його сутність, функції, види. Розкрито значення прибутку та основних чинників, що впливають на рівень прибутковості підприємств. Розглянуто методи оцінки ефективності та прибутковості підприємств. Оцінено загальний стан ринку нерухомості в Україні. Визначено позиції ПрАТ «АКТА» на ринку. Проаналізовано прибуток ПрАТ «АКТА». Розроблено напрями та інструменти щодо підвищення прибутковості обраного підприємства.Тhe concept of profit, its essence, functions, and types were explored. Тhe importance of profit and the main factors influencing the level of enterprise profitability were disclosed. Мethods for evaluating enterprise efficiency and profitability were reviewed. Тhe general state of the real estate market in Ukraine was assessed. Тhe position of PJSC «AKTA» in the market was determined. Тhe profit of PJSC «AKTA» was analysed. Directions and tools for improving the profitability of the chosen enterprise were developed.
