М'яка сила як інструмент сучасних міжнародних відносин

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена визначенню ролі м’якої сили як інструменту сучасних міжнародних відносин. Розкрито поняття м’якої сили, простежено еволюцію її наукового осмислення та визначено ключові інструменти м’якої сили. Визначено роль м’якої сили у формуванні національного іміджу держав; розглянуто її взаємозв’язок з публічно, цифровою та кібер- дипломатіями; розглянуто функціонування м’якої сили в умовах глобалізаційних процесів в світі та інформаційному просторі зокрема. Розглянуто механізми формування та поширення інформаційних наративів з метою маніпулювання думками; висвітлено приклади застосування м’якої сили окремими країнами світу та їх вплив на міжнародній арені.This master's thesis is devoted to defining the role of soft power as a tool of modern international relations. It reveals the concept of soft power, traces the evolution of its scientific understanding, and identifies the key instruments of soft power. The role of soft power in shaping the national image of states is determined; its interconnection with public, digital, and cyber diplomacy is examined; the functioning of soft power in the context of globalization processes in the world and in the information space in particular is considered. The mechanisms of forming and spreading information narratives with the aim of manipulating opinions are considered; examples of the use of soft power by individual countries of the world and their influence in the international arena are highlighted.
