«М’яка сила» як елемент зовнішньої політики США та КНР

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена визначенню механізмів та інструментів реалізації концепції «м’якої сили» у зовнішній політиці США та КНР. У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито сутність поняття «м’якої сили» у міжнародних відносинах; визначено основні теоретичні підходи до аналізу інструментів «м’якої сили» у зовнішній політиці. Виокремлено інституційні механізми та інструменти реалізації «м’якої сили» у зовнішній політиці США та КНР; виявлено особливості моделей «м’якої сили» США та КНР, визначити спільні та відмінні риси їх стратегій. Визначено перспективні напрямки розвитку «м’якої сили» в американо китайських відносинах та визначити можливості використання окремих елементів цього досвіду у зовнішній політиці України.The master’s qualification work is devoted to determining the mechanisms and instruments of implementing the concept of «soft power» in the foreign policy of the USA and the PRC. The qualification work reveals the essence of the concept of «soft power» in international relations; the main theoretical approaches to the analysis of «soft power» instruments in foreign policy are identified. The institutional mechanisms and instruments of implementing «soft power» in the foreign policy of the USA and the PRC are identified; the peculiarities of the “soft power» models of the USA and the PRC are identified, the common and distinctive features of their strategies are identified. The promising directions of development of «soft power” in US-China relations are identified and the possibilities of using individual elements of this experience in the foreign policy of Ukraine are identified.
