Екологічна політика Бразилії: глобальні виклики та національні пріоритети

Abstract

Перший розділ роботи присвячено розкриттю основних концептуальних підходів, еволюції формування екологічної політики в умовах глобалізації, з’ясуванню правових та інституційних засад формування сучасної екологічної політики Бразилії. У другому розділі було виокремлено основні екологічні проблеми Бразилії та конфлікти між її економічним розвитком та екологічними нормами, визначено вплив глобальних викликів на екологічну політику та імідж Бразилії на міжнародній арені. Третій розділ роботи присвячено оцінці внутрішніх механізмів регулювання, стратегії розвитку екологічної політики Бразилії та її участі у глобальних екологічних ініціативах.The first chapter of the thesis focuses on the main conceptual approaches and the evolution of environmental policy formation under conditions of globalization, as well as on clarifying the legal and institutional foundations of modern environmental policy in Brazil. The second chapter identifies Brazil’s major environmental problems and the conflicts between its economic development and environmental standards. It also examines the impact of global challenges on Brazil’s environmental policy and its international image. The third chapter is devoted to assessing Brazil’s domestic regulatory mechanisms, the strategy for the development of its environmental policy, and the country’s participation in global environmental initiatives.
