Зовнішньополітична стратегія КНР у Центрально-Східній Європіи

Abstract

У першому розділі розкрито теоретико-історичні засади формування зовнішньополітичної стратегії КНР, визначено ключові теоретичні підходи до пояснення зовнішньої політики держав, висвітлено етапи еволюції китайського дипломатичного курсу та охарактеризовано місце регіону Центрально-Східної Європи в історичній логіці розвитку китайської дипломатії. У другому розділі визначено інституційно-політичні механізми реалізації інтересів КНР у Центрально-Східній Європі, розглянуто геоекономічні інструменти стратегічної присутності Пекіна, публічно-дипломатичні та культурні формати взаємодії, а також безпекові виміри співпраці з державами регіону. У третьому розділі окреслено місце України в системі зовнішньополітичних пріоритетів КНР, проаналізовано проблемні аспекти двостороннього співробітництва, визначено можливості розвитку нових напрямів взаємодії та перспективи використання китайських інструментів зовнішньої політики у контексті національних інтересів України.The first section outlines the theoretical and historical foundations of the formation of China’s foreign policy strategy, identifies the key theoretical approaches to explaining state foreign policy, traces the stages of the evolution of China’s diplomatic course, and characterises the place of the Central and Eastern European region in the historical logic of Chinese diplomacy. The second section examines the institutional and political mechanisms through which China advances its interests in Central and Eastern Europe, analyses the geoeconomic tools of Beijing’s strategic presence, and describes the public-diplomatic, cultural, and security dimensions of China’s engagement with the countries of the region. The third section identifies the place of Ukraine within China’s foreign policy priorities, outlines the key challenges in bilateral cooperation, and determines the opportunities for developing new areas of interaction, as well as the prospects for applying China’s foreign policy instruments in the context of Ukraine’s national interests.
