ОБСЄ як складова системи європейської безпеки в умовах трансформації міжнародного порядку

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена визначенню ролі ОБСЄ у системі європейської безпеки в умовах трансформації міжнародного порядку. Об’єкт – система європейської безпеки. Предмет ‒ діяльність ОБСЄ у забезпеченні європейської безпеки в умовах трансформації міжнародного порядку. У першому розділі визначено поняття та простежити еволюцію системи європейської безпеки в контексті глобальних тенденцій трансформації міжнародного порядку. У другому розділі розкрито інституційну структуру ОБСЄ та визначити її основні напрями діяльності у політичній, військовій та гуманітарній сфера; з’ясовано миротворчий потенціал ОБСЄ та визначити роль організації у врегулюванні конфліктів у Європі в умовах багатополярного світу. У третьому розділі виявлено ключові проблеми та обмеження ефективності інституційного механізму ОБСЄ в умовах трансформації міжнародного порядку; визначено практичні напрями співпраці України з ОБСЄ у сфері безпеки, прав людини та врегулювання конфліктів.The master's qualification work is devoted to determining the role of the OSCE in the European security system in the context of the transformation of the international order. The object is the European security system. The subject is the OSCE's activities in ensuring European security in the context of the transformation of the international order. The first section defines the concept and traces the evolution of the European security system in the context of global trends in the transformation of the international order. The second section reveals the institutional structure of the OSCE and determines its main areas of activity in the political, military and humanitarian spheres; the peacemaking potential of the OSCE is clarified and the role of the organization in resolving conflicts in Europe in a multipolar world. The third section identifies key problems and limitations in the effectiveness of the OSCE institutional mechanism in the context of the transformation of the international order; practical areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the OSCE in the field of security, human rights, and conflict resolution are identified.
