Шляхи вирішення проблеми територіальної цілісності держав на прикладі Нагірного Карабаху та Тайваню

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню шляхів вирішення проблеми територіальної цілісності держав на прикладі Нагірного Карабаху та Тайваню. Дослідження висвітлює історію, соціально-політичний та економічний профілі Тайваню та Азербайджану. Зокрема приділено увагу досвіду посередництва та перемовин на прикладі Нагірного Карабаху, а також перспективам вирішення питання територіальної цілісності Тайваню. Виконано порівняльний аналіз конфліктів та його застосування для України. Дослідження показує, що дані конфлікти мають складну історико-геополітичну природу та потребують багатостороннього підходу, зокрема дипломатичних зусиль, міжнародної підтримки та врахування інтересів населення.The paper is devoted to the study of the ways to resolve the problem of state territorial integrity using the cases of Nagorno-Karabakh and Taiwan. The study highlights the history, socio-political and economic profiles of Taiwan and Azerbaijan. In particular, attention is paid to the experience of mediation and negotiations using the example of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the prospects for resolving the issue of territorial integrity of Taiwan. A comparative analysis of the two cases is conducted, including its relevance to the Ukrainian context. The study shows that these conflicts have a complex historical and geopolitical nature and require a multilateral approach, including diplomatic efforts, international support and consideration of the interests of the population.
