Роль Туреччини у регіональній безпеці Чорноморського басейну

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню ролі Туреччини у забезпеченні безпеки в Чорноморському регіоні в рамках сучасної міжнародної політики. У дослідженні висвітлено теоретичні основи та джерельну базу дослідження, розглянуто соціально-політичний та економічний профіль Турецької Республіки, а також історію розвитку її політики в цьому регіоні. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу взаємодії Туреччини з країнами Чорноморського басейну, зокрема в рамках безпекових ініціатив та розвитку двосторонніх відносин. Виявлено активну дипломатичну діяльність Туреччини, спрямовану на вирішення регіональних конфліктів і підтримку стабільності в Чорноморському регіоні. Також розглянуто перспективи подальшого розвитку відносин Туреччини з державами регіону. Показано, що багатовекторна зовнішня політика Анкари та її зростаюча військово-політична активність значною мірою впливають на архітектуру регіональної безпеки й можуть формувати нові підходи до міждержавної взаємодії в Чорноморському просторі.The work is devoted to the study of Turkey's role in ensuring security in the Black Sea region within the framework of contemporary international politics. The research highlights the theoretical foundations and source base of the study, examines the socio-political and economic profile of the Republic of Turkey, as well as the history of the development of its policy in this region. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of Turkey’s interaction with the countries of the Black Sea basin, especially within the framework of security initiatives and the development of bilateral relations. The study reveals Turkey’s active diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving regional conflicts and supporting stability in the Black Sea region. It also considers the prospects for the further development of Turkey’s relations with the states of the region. It is shown that Ankara’s multi-vector foreign policy and its growing military-political activity significantly influence the architecture of regional security and may shape new approaches to interstate cooperation in the Black Sea area.
