Особливості саморегуляції, що пов’язані з Я-концепцією

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженнюособливостей саморегуляції поведінки, що пов'язані з рівнем сформованості Я-концепції особистості. Метою роботи є виявлення взаємозв’язку між ресурсними механізмами саморегуляції і рівнем самоцінності як центрального елемента самоставлення. Для досягнення мети дослідження було проведено теоретичний аналіз даної тематики, обрано діагностичні методики для емпіричного дослідження та аналізу отриманних результатів. Результати дослідження показують, що компоненти саморегуляції є статистично значущими предикторами самоцінності, пояснюючи значну частку її варіації. Результати дослідження вказують на пряму детермінуючу роль дисфункціональних стратегій саморегуляції у формуванні самоцінності.This quаlification paper is devoted to the study of the specific features of behavioural self-regulаtion that are related to the level of development of the personality’s self-concept. The aim of the study is to identify the interrelationship between resource-based mechanisms of self-regulation and the level of self-worth as the central element of self-attitude. To achieve this aim, a theoretical analysis of the topic was conducted, and the following diagnostic instruments were selected for the empirical research and subsequent analysis of the results. The results demonstrate that components of self-regulation act as statistically significant predictors of self-worth, explaining a substantial proportion of its variance. The findings also reveal thedirect determining role ofdysfunctional self-regulation strategies in the formation of self-worth.
