Шляхи розвитку гастрономічного туризму України в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів

Abstract

Роботу присвячено дослідженню перспектив розвитку гастрономічного туризму в Україні в умовах євроінтеграції. Висвітлені основні теоретичні аспекти гастрономічного туризму та його розвитку в Україні. Проаналізовано досвід європейських країн в організації гастрономічного туризму та сучасний стан ринку послуг гастрономічного туризму. Виявлено проблемні аспекти та можливі їхні вирішення. Одним із головних напрямів, на які мають бути спрямовані заходи підтримки розвитку гастрономічного туризму в Україні, є створення урядових програм, що стимулюють розвиток туризму та підтримують місцеві традиції та культуру. Визначено перспективні напрями розвитку вітчизняного гастротуризму. Гастрономічний туризм нашої країни потребує створення спеціалізованої програми, спрямованої на створення умов для розвитку гастрономічного туризму в Україні. Сформовано концепцію розвитку гастротуризму в Україні в умовах євроінтеграції.The paper is devoted to the study of prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine in the context of European integration. The main theoretical aspects of gastronomic tourism and its development in Ukraine are highlighted. The experience of European countries in the organization of gastronomic tourism and the current state of the market of gastronomic tourism services are analyzed. Problematic aspects and their possible solutions have been identified. One of the main directions in which measures to support the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine should be directed is the creation of government programs that stimulate the development of tourism and support local traditions and culture. Prospective directions for the development of domestic gastrotourism have been identified. Gastronomic tourism in our country needs the creation of a specialized program aimed at creating conditions for the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine. The concept of the development of gastrotourism in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration has been formed.
