Особливості управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних і практичних аспектів формування, розподілу та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Мета кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи – аналіз особливостей управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності їх використання на прикладі ТОВ «УКРСПЕЦКОМПЛЕКТ». За результатами дослідження є можливості використання запропонованих у роботі підходів та рекомендацій у діяльності підприємства для підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами, покращення структури джерел фінансування, посилення фінансової стабільності та зростання рентабельності. Отримані результати можуть бути застосовані у практиці економічного аналізу, фінансового планування, а також у навчальному процесі при вивченні дисциплін «Фінанси підприємств» та «Фінансовий менеджмент».The object of research is the process of managing the financial resources of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to analyze the features of managing the financial resources of the enterprise and develop practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of their use using the example of LLC "UKRSPETSKOMPLEKT". According to the research results the theoretical and practical provisions have been formulated that are aimed at improving the process of managing the financial resources of enterprises. The work proves that increasing the efficiency of the use of financial resources is a necessary condition for ensuring stable development, increasing profitability and strengthening the financial independence of the enterprise.
