Управління створенням освітніх продуктів з використанням гнучких методів проектного менеджменту (на прикладі ТОВ «Харківський університет»)

Abstract

У роботі наведено результати аналізу теоретичних основ проєктного менеджменту та перспектив їх інтеграції у систему управління освітніми закладами; проведено аналіз та оцінку гнучких методів проєктного менеджменту та обґрунтована можливість впровадження їх в практику управління проєктною діяльністю закладів освіти; досліджено управлінські процеси в Відокремленому підрозділі «Фаховий коледж Харківського університету», зокрема ті, що стосуються створенню освітніх продуктів; спираючись на елементи гнучкого мислення та зворотного проєктування розроблено модель управління освітнім проєктом; виявлено та класифіковано фактори, що сприяють або перешкоджають впровадженню гнучкого підходу до проєктної діяльності закладу освіти з метою визначення напрямків розвитку в умовах, що склалися.The work presents the results of the analysis of the theoretical foundations of project management and the prospects for their integration into the management system of educational institutions; an analysis and assessment of flexible project management methods are carried out and the possibility of their implementation in the practice of managing project activities of educational institutions is substantiated; management processes in the Independent structural department «Vocational College of Kharkiv University», private-owned educational institution are studied, in particular those related to the creation of educational products; based on the elements of flexible thinking and reverse engineering, an educational project management model is developed; factors that contribute to or hinder the implementation of a flexible approach to the project activities of an educational institution are identified and classified in order to determine the directions of development in the current conditions.
