Проактивне управління розвитком закладу професійної освіти (на прикладі ЗП(ПТ)О «Харківський професійний коледж»)

Abstract

Сутність наукової новизни основних результатів дослідження полягає в розробці концептуально-методичних засад управління розвитком закладу професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти в умовах цифрової трансформації, які забезпечують перехід до проактивної моделі управління та сприяють підвищенню ефективності освітньої, методичної та організаційно-господарської діяльності закладу. Здійснено аналіз еволюції наукових підходів до управління розвитком закладів освіти в сучасних умовах їх функціонування. Ідентифіковано глобальні тренди розвитку системи професійної освіти та їх вплив на управлінські стратегії закладу. Запропоновано використання цифрових інструментів як ефективного засобу реалізації проактивного управління розвитком освітньої установи. Розроблено методичні підходи до оцінювання результативності впровадження цифрових і проактивних рішень у системі управління ЗП(ПТ)О.The essence of the scientific novelty of the main research results lies in the development of conceptual and methodological principles for managing the development of a vocational education institution in the conditions of digital transformation, which ensure the transition to a proactive management model and contribute to increasing the efficiency of the educational, methodological and organizational and economic activities of the institution. An analysis of the evolution of scientific approaches to managing the development of educational institutions in modern conditions of their functioning was carried out. Global trends in the development of the vocational education system and their impact on the management strategies of the institution were identified. The use of digital tools as an effective means of implementing proactive management of the development of an educational institution was proposed. Methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of implementing digital and proactive solutions in the management system of vocational education and training have been developed.
