Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: емоційна сфера особистості молоді. Предмет дослідження: психологічні особливості формування та розвитку емоційної сфери у молодому віці. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та емпірично дослідити психологічні особливості формування емоційної сфери у молоді, а також визначити чинники, що сприяють або ускладнюють її гармонійний розвиток. Завдання дослідження: • Проаналізувати наукові підходи до вивчення емоційної сфери молоді. • Визначити основні психологічні особливості формування емоційної сфери у молодому віці. • Дослідити вплив соціальних і особистісних чинників на розвиток емоційної сфери молоді. • Виявити зв’язок між рівнем емоційної регуляції та загальним емоційним благополуччям молодих людей. Практична значущість дослідження полягає в можливості використання результатів для психологічного супроводу молоді. Дослідження дає підґрунтя для розробки програм емоційної саморегуляції, профілактики емоційних розладів та підтримки емоційного благополуччя. Використані методики дозволяють ефективно оцінювати стан емоційної сфери у студентів, що може бути корисним у роботі психологів, педагогів та соціальних працівників.Object of research: the emotional sphere of youth personality. Subject of research: psychological characteristics of the formation and development of the emotional sphere in young age. Research aim: to theoretically substantiate and empirically investigate the psychological characteristics of the formation of the emotional sphere in youth, as well as to identify factors that promote or hinder its harmonious development. Research tasks: • To analyze scientific approaches to the study of the emotional sphere of youth. • To identify the main psychological characteristics of the formation of the emotional sphere in young age. • To investigate the influence of social and personal factors on the development of the emotional sphere in youth. • To reveal the relationship between the level of emotional regulation and overall emotional well-being of young people. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the results for psychological support of youth. The study provides a basis for the development of programs for emotional self-regulation, prevention of emotional disorders, and support of emotional well-being. The applied methods allow for effective assessment of the emotional sphere state in students, which can be useful for psychologists, educators, and social workers.
