Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – емоційний інтелект. Предмет дослідження – вплив емоційного інтелекту на стилі поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях та особливості міжособистісних стосунків. Мета дослідження – визначити, як рівень емоційного інтелекту впливає на стилі поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях та на міжособистісні стосунки. Основні завдання дослідження: 1) проаналізувати наукову літературу щодо особливостей емоційного інтелекту, його структури та функцій; 2) з’ясувати взаємозв’язок стилів поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях та міжособистісних стосунків із рівнем емоційного інтелекту; 3) провести емпіричне дослідження для вивчення рівня емоційного інтелекту, визначення стилів поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях та особливостей міжособистісних стосунків; 4) розробити рекомендації та програму для розвитку емоційного інтелекту і навичок комунікативних стратегій у міжособистісних стосунках. Практична значущість дослідження полягає в тому, що його результати можуть бути використані у психологічному консультуванні та тренінговій роботі. Виявлені взаємозв’язки між емоційним інтелектом і стилями поведінки дають змогу створювати програми, спрямовані на розвиток саморегуляції, емпатії та конструктивного розв’язання конфліктів.Object of the research is emotional intelligence. The subject of the research is the influence of emotional intelligence on behavioral styles in conflict situations and the characteristics of interpersonal relationships. The purpose of the study is to determine how the level of emotional intelligence affects behavioral styles in conflict situations and interpersonal relationships. The main objectives of the study are: 1) to analyze the scientific literature on the characteristics of emotional intelligence, its structure, and functions; 2) to examine the relationship between behavioral styles in conflict situations, interpersonal relationships, and the level of emotional intelligence; 3) to conduct an empirical study to assess the level of emotional intelligence, identify behavioral styles in conflict situations, and investigate the characteristics of interpersonal relationships; 4) to develop recommendations and a program for enhancing emotional intelligence and communication strategy skills in interpersonal relationships. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results can be used in psychological counseling and training activities. The identified relationships between emotional intelligence and behavioral styles make it possible to develop programs aimed at improving self-regulation, empathy, and constructive conflict resolution.
