Управління асортиментом шоколаду та особливості його переміщення через митний кордон України

Abstract

Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню теоретичних засад та практичних положень щодо управління асортиментом шоколаду та особливостей його переміщення через митний кордон України. Проведено аналіз ринку шоколадних виробів в Україні та світі, розглянуто особливості контролю якості шоколаду, фактори формування споживчих властивостей шоколаду. Проведено аналіз діяльності ФОП «БЛОНД», його кадрової політики, запропоновано перспективи розвитку його зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Товарознавча оцінка шоколаду, представленого у вітчизняній торговельній мережі, а також аналіз його сучасного асортименту, показали можливість його експорту. Розроблено митні формальності при переміщенні шоколадних виробів через митний кордон України в митному режимі експорт. Виявлено причини важливості здійснення експортних операцій для підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є управління асортиментом шоколаду, а також розроблення порядку його переміщення через митний кордон України. Об’єктом дослідження є митні формальності при переміщенні через митний кордон України шоколаду, зразки шоколаду різних українських виробників, діяльність ФОП «БЛОНД». Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є товарознавча характеристика та порядок переміщення через митний кордон України шоколаду, показники діяльності ФОП «БЛОНД». У роботі використовувались методи: системний, порівняльно-правовий, синтез та моделювання форм митного контролю та митного оформлення, органолептичні, метод математико-статистичної обробки отриманих результатів. Результати розробок можуть бути застосовані для підприємств, що займаються зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю, при пошуку та вибору оптимальних форм митного контролю та митного оформлення шоколадних виробів.This master’s thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of managing the chocolate product range and the specifics of its movement across Ukraine’s customs border. An analysis of the chocolate products market in Ukraine and worldwide was conducted, and the specifics of chocolate quality control and the factors influencing the consumer properties of chocolate were examined. An analysis of the operations of the sole proprietorship “BLOND” and its human resources policy was conducted, and prospects for the development of its foreign economic activities were proposed. A commodity assessment of the chocolate available in the domestic retail network, as well as an analysis of its current product range, demonstrated the potential for its export. Customs formalities for the movement of chocolate products across Ukraine’s customs border under the export customs regime have been developed. The reasons for the importance of export operations for the enterprise have been identified. The aim of this thesis is to manage the chocolate product range and to develop a procedure for its movement across Ukraine’s customs border. The object of the study is the customs formalities involved in transporting chocolate across Ukraine’s customs border, samples of chocolate from various Ukrainian manufacturers, and the activities of the sole proprietorship “BLOND.” The subject of this thesis is the product characteristics of chocolate and the procedure for transporting it across Ukraine’s customs border, as well as the performance indicators of the sole proprietorship “BLOND.” The following methods were used in this study: the systems approach, comparative legal analysis, synthesis and modeling of forms of customs control and customs clearance, organoleptic analysis, and mathematical and statistical processing of the obtained results. The findings of this study can be applied by enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity when identifying and selecting optimal forms of customs control and customs clearance for chocolate products.
