Система управління закладом дошкільної освіти в КНР

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є систематизація та узагальнення теоретичних і практичних напрацювань щодо управління закладами дошкільної освіти в КНР з метою визначення можливостей їх творчого використання у практиці вітчизняних закладів дошкільної освіти. Основними результатами роботи є: розкриття історичних передумов розвитку системи дошкільної освіти в КНР; визначення понятійно-категоріального поля дослідження; аналіз сучасних моделей і механізмів управління дошкільними закладами в КНР; характеристика практичного досвіду управління закладами дошкільної освіти в КНР; формування методичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управління закладами дошкільної освіти в Україні.The purpose of the research is to systematize and generalize theoretical and practical approaches to the management of preschool education institutions in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in order to identify opportunities for the creative application of this experience in the practice of preschool institutions in Ukraine. The main results of the study include: historical foundations of preschool education development in the PRC have been revealed; the conceptual and categorical framework of the study has been defined; modern models and mechanisms of managing preschool institutions in China have been analyzed; practical management experience of Chinese preschool institutions has been described; methodological recommendations have been developed for improving the management of preschool education institutions in Ukraine, based on effective practices from the PRC. Research methods included theoretical analysis, systematization, generalization, comparison, and content analysis of regulatory documents governing preschool education management in China, as well as analytical and comparative evaluation of Chinese and Ukrainian management approaches to identify possible directions for improvement.
