Удосконалення стратегії розвитку персоналу підприємства

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження – процес удосконалення стратегії розвитку персоналу підприємства. Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних підходів щодо удосконалення стратегії розвитку персоналу підприємства. Мета магістерської кваліфікаційної роботи – розробка практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення стратегії розвитку персоналу підприємства. Методи дослідження – системного, логічного й техніко-економічного аналізу. Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню теоретичних основ і сучасних тенденцій стратегії розвитку персоналу підприємства. У роботі було проведено огляд актуальних тенденцій розвитку стратегічного менеджменту та управління персоналом на підприємствах, структури системи управління персоналом на сучасному підприємстві, а також огляд існуючих методів стратегічного управління на підприємствах; аналіз системи управління персоналом та підсистеми розвитку персоналу ТОВ «ПРАВЕКС ГРУПП», а саме: надана характеристика системи управління персоналом на підприємстві та підсистеми розвитку персоналу, аналіз кадрового забезпечення ТОВ «ПРАВЕКС ГРУПП» та проведено SWOT-аналіз стратегічних альтернатив удосконалення стратегії функціонування підсистеми розвитку персоналу; розроблено заходи з удосконалення стратегії функціонування підсистеми розвитку персоналу, а саме: формування системи інноваційних підходів удосконалення стратегії функціонування підсистеми розвитку персоналу підприємства та послідовності їх впровадження на підприємстві та розробка заходів з інформаційного забезпечення стратегії функціонування підсистеми розвитку персоналу підприємства. Результати досліджень викликали зацікавленість керівництва та можуть бути впроваджені в діяльність ТОВ «ПРАВЕКС ГРУПП».The object of the study is the process of improving a company’s human resources development strategy. The subject of the study is the set of theoretical, methodological, and applied approaches to improving a company’s human resources development strategy. The objective of this master’s thesis is to develop practical recommendations for improving a company’s human resources development strategy. Research methods include systemic, logical, and technical-economic analysis. This master’s thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations and current trends in a company’s human resources development strategy. The thesis provides an overview of current trends in the development of strategic management and human resources management at enterprises, the structure of the human resources management system at a modern enterprise, as well as an overview of existing methods of strategic management at enterprises; an analysis of the human resources management system and the personnel development subsystem at PRAVEX GROUP LLC, specifically: a description of the enterprise’s human resources management system and the personnel development subsystem is provided; an analysis of the staffing situation at PRAVEX GROUP LLC is conducted; and a SWOT analysis of strategic alternatives for improving the operational strategy of the personnel development subsystem is performed; measures were developed to improve the operational strategy of the personnel development subsystem, specifically: the creation of a system of innovative approaches to improving the operational strategy of the company’s personnel development subsystem and a sequence for their implementation at the company, as well as the development of measures to provide information support for the operational strategy of the company’s personnel development subsystem. The research findings have attracted the interest of management and can be implemented in the operations of PRAVEX GROUP LLC.
