Шляхи забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі підприємства ТДВ «АТП 16363»)

Abstract

Узагальнено підходи до визначення сутності та визначено особливості конкурентоспроможності підприємства; угруповано чинники, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність підприємства; систематизовано методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства; діагностовано сучасний стан і тенденції розвитку ринку автотранспортних вантажних перевезень України та визначено напрямки основних трендів його функціонування; здійснено оцінку організаційно-економічних показників ТДВ «АТП 16363» на основі аналізу його фінансового стану, використання ресурсів та потенціалу розвитку; визначено рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємства та виявлено його сильні та слабкі сторони; розроблено напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ТДВ «АТП 16363»; запропоновано інноваційні рішення для підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства; обґрунтовано економічну ефективність запропонованих заходів.Approaches to defining the essence of an enterprise’s competitiveness have been summarised and its distinctive features identified; factors influencing an enterprise’s competitiveness have been categorised; methods for assessing an enterprise’s competitiveness have been systematised; the current state and development trends of the road freight transport market in Ukraine have been analysed, and the main trends in its operation have been identified; an assessment has been carried out of the organisational and economic indicators of ‘ATP 16363’ Limited Liability Company based on an analysis of its financial position, resource utilisation and development potential; the level of the enterprise’s competitiveness has been determined and its strengths and weaknesses identified; directions for enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise ‘ATP 16363’ have been developed; innovative solutions to enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness have been proposed; and the economic efficiency of the proposed measures has been substantiated.
