Історія Полтавського Хрестовоздвиженського монастиря у вимірі краєзнавчого пам’яткознавства

Abstract

Мета пропонованого дослідження полягає у комплексному вивченні історії Полтавського Хрестовоздвиженського монастиря, з’ясуванні впливу на монастирський ансамбль різних історичних подій, простеженні змін його статусу на рівні законодавства та аналізі особливостей історіографічних досліджень пам’ятки у різні епохи. Відповідно, об’єктом дослідження є Полтавський Хрестовоздвиженський монастир як історико-культурний комплекс та як об’єкт державної політики і наукового дискурсу. Предметом дослідження є стан споруд Полтавського Хрестовоздвиженського монастиря та процеси, які відбувалися з монастирським історико-архітектурним комплексом впродовж основних етапів його історичного розвитку, вплив офіційного пам’яткознавчого статусу архітектурного ансамблю на його збереження та особливості конструювання його образу у радянський період. Методологічну базу дослідження складають загальнонаукові та спеціально-історичні методи. першого типу використано методи аналізу та синтезу, індукції та дедукції, класифікації. Зі спеціальних історичних методів було застосовано хронологічний, історико-порівняльний та історико-генетичний. За результатами цієї роботи було висвітлено історію, архітектурні риси, статус та особливості конструювання образу монастиря у досліджуваний період. Враховуючи перипетії ХХ ст., відродження Хрестовоздвиженського монастиря у 1991 р. – це не лише реставрація архітектурного ансамблю та повернення його релігійній громаді. Це також очищення регіональної історії від нав’язаних міфологем та повернення цікавості до духовної спадщини Полтавщини. Результати роботи завдяки комплексному та глибокому аналізу є важливими в контексті краєзнавчих та пам’яткознавчих досліджень, а також можуть бути використані при розробці навчального чи екскурсійного матеріалу.The purpose of the proposed research is to comprehensively study th e history of the Poltava Exaltation of the Holy Cross Monastery, to clarify the impact of various historical events on the monastery ensemble, to trace changes in its status at the legislative level and to analyze the features of historiographical research on the monument in different eras. Accordingly, the object of the research is the Poltava Exaltation of the Holy Cross Monastery as a historical and cultural complex and as an object of state policy and scientific discourse. The subject of the research is the condition of the buildings of the Poltava Exaltation of the Holy Cross Monastery and the processes that occurred with the monastery historical and architectural complex during the main stages of its historical development, the influence of the officia l monument status of the architectural ensemble on its preservation and the features of constructing its image in the Soviet period. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific and special historical methods. Of the first type, the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, and classification were used. Of the special historical methods, chronological, historical-comparative and historical-genetic were used. The results of this work highlighted the history, architectural features, status and features of constructing the image of the monastery in the studied period. Taking into account the vicissitudes of the 20th century, the revival of the Poltava Exaltation of the Holy Cross Monastery in 1991 is not only the restoration of the architectural ensemble and its return to the religious community. It is also the purification of regional history from imposed mythologies and the return of curiosity to the spiritual heritage of the Poltava region. The results of the work, due to a comp rehensive and in-depth analysis, are important in the context of local history and monument studies, and can also be used in the development of educational or excursion material.
