Abstract

The object of research is the personnel management process in a bank. The subject of research includes the theoretical and practical aspects of organizing and evaluating the effectiveness of the personnel management process in a company. The purpose of the master's thesis is to summarize the theoretical and methodological foundations and substantiate practical aspects of improving bank personnel management under modern conditions. Practical significance: The conclusions and proposals generated from this research can serve as a foundation for developing methodological recommendations to organize and improve the activities of personnel management services in banks under modern conditions. The study provides actionable insights for banks like JSC CB "PrivatBank" to increase staff efficiency, foster human capital development, and align personnel strategies with organizational objectives.
