Фінансове забезпечення цифрової трансформації економіки

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено обґрунтуванню теоретико-методичних засад і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо фінансового забезпечення цифрової трансформації економіки. Цифрову трансформацію у роботі означено провідним драйвером формування траєкторій розвитку та масштабних зрушень у національних господарських системах, державному управлінні й суспільних інститутах. Це явище запропоновано розглядати через призму багаторівневих (макро-, мезо-, мікро-) та взаємопов’язаних процесів структурної модернізації, у межах яких трансформуються механізми створення вартості, конфігурація бізнес взаємодій, інституційні параметри розвитку та засади формування конкурентних переваг економічних агентів.

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for the financial provision for the digital transformation of the economy. Digital transformation is identified in the study as a key driver shaping development trajectories and large-scale shifts within national economic systems, public administration, and social institutions. This phenomenon is proposed to be considered through the prism of multilevel (macro-, meso-, and micro-level) and interconnected processes of structural modernization, within which the mechanisms of value creation, the configuration of business interactions, the institutional parameters of development, and the foundations for the formation of competitive advantages of economic entities are transformed.
