Модернізація механізмів публічного управління регіональним розвитком в умовах суспільних трансформацій

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена актуальній науковій проблемі модернізації механізмів публічного управління регіональним розвитком в умовах суспільних трансформацій. Актуальність теми зумовлена фундаментальними змінами в характері публічного управління під впливом глобалізації, демократизації, цифровізації та децентралізації влади, а також необхідністю розробки інноваційних підходів до управління регіональним розвитком в мовах європейської інтеграції та військової агресії. У дисертації здійснено теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо модернізації механізмів публічного управління регіональним розвитком в умовах суспільних трансформацій.The dissertation is devoted to the current scientific problem of modernization of mechanisms of public management of regional development in the conditions of social transformations. The relevance of the topic is due to fundamental changes in the nature of public management under the influence of globalization, democratization, digitalization and decentralization of power, as well s the need to develop innovative approaches to managing regional development in the conditions of European integration and military aggression. The dissertation provides theoretical and methodological justification and develops practical recommendations for the modernization of mechanisms of public management of regional development in the conditions of social transformations.
