Психологічні особливості формування лідерських якостей серед підлітків

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: лідерські якості підлітків. Предмет дослідження: психологічні особливості формування лідерських якостей у підлітковому віці. Мета дослідження: виявити психологічні особливості формування лідерських якостей у підлітків та визначити умови, що сприяють їх розвитку. Завдання дослідження: проаналізувати наукові підходи до розуміння лідерства та лідерських якостей у психології; визначити вікові та психологічні особливості підлітків як суб’єктів формування лідерства; провести емпіричне дослідження рівня сформованості лідерських якостей у підлітків; проаналізувати результати дослідження та розробити рекомендації щодо підтримки розвитку лідерства серед підлітків. Практична значущість дослідження визначається можливістю використання отриманих результатів у діяльності практичних психологів, педагогів і кураторів шкільних колективів для розробки програм розвитку лідерських якостей у підлітків.The object of the study is the leadership qualities of adolescents. The subject of the study is the psychological characteristics of the formation of leadership qualities during adolescence. The purpose of the study is to identify the psychological features of the formation of leadership qualities in adolescents and to determine the conditions that contribute to their development. Objectives of the study: to analyze scientific approaches to understanding leadership and leadership qualities in psychology; to determine the age and psychological characteristics of adolescents as subjects of leadership formation; to conduct an empirical study of the level of development of leadership qualities in adolescents; to analyze the results of the study and develop recommendations for supporting the development of leadership among adolescents. The practical significance is determined by the possibility of using the obtained results in the work of practical psychologists, teachers, and school group supervisors for developing programs aimed at fostering leadership qualities in adolescents.
