Пошук нових інгібіторів TKB-домену убіквітин-лігаза Е3 типу Cbl-b

Abstract

У роботі за допомогою методу V-SYNTHES на основі синтонів зроблено скринінг віртуальної бібліотеки сполук Enamine xREAL Space. За результатами докінгу проаналізовано взаємодію лігандів з рецептором і обрано 69 сполук для експериментального підтвердження зв’язування. Для сполуки кандидата, яка проявила активність до обраної цілі, досліджено взаємодію з амінокислотними залишками лігази Cbl-b.Screening of the Enamine xREAL Space virtual library of compounds was performed using the synthon-based V-SYNTHES method. According to the results of docking, the interaction of ligands with the receptor was analyzed and 69 compounds were selected for experimental confirmation of binding. For the candidate compound, which showed activity against the selected target, the interaction with the amino acid residues of the Cbl-b ligase was investigated.
