Abstract

Досліджено суть, задачі та особливості міжнародного менеджменту; охарактеризовано етапи розвитку міжнародного менеджменту його проблеми та перспективи в Україні; досліджено складові менеджменту міжнародної освітньої діяльності; надано характеристику підприємства «STEM школа INVENTOR»; проаналізовано та спрогнозовані основні показники фінансової діяльності «STEM школа INVENTOR»; проведено SWOT-аналіз мережі позашкільних закладів «STEM школа INVENTOR»; розроблено алгоритм стратегічного планування міжнародної діяльності компанії «STEM школа INVENTOR»; визначено основні особливості та сучасні тенденції розвитку міжнародного менеджменту.The essence, tasks and features of international management are investigated; the stages of development of international management, its problems and prospects in Ukraine are characterized; the components of management of international educational activities are investigated; the characteristics of the enterprise «STEM school INVENTOR» are given; the main indicators of financial activity of «STEM school INVENTOR» are analyzed and forecasted; a SWOT analysis of the network of extracurricular institutions «STEM school INVENTOR» is carried out; an algorithm for strategic planning of the international activity of the company «STEM school INVENTOR» is developed.
