Стратегічне планування регіонального розвитку в системі публічного управління в умовах глобальних викликів

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена актуальній науковій проблемі модернізації системи стратегічного планування регіонального розвитку в системі публічного управління в умовах глобальних викликів. Актуальність теми зумовлена кардинальними змінами в характері управління територіальним розвитком під впливом глобалізації, технологічної революції, екологічних загроз та геополітичної нестабільності, а також необхідністю розробки інноваційних підходів до стратегічного планування в умовах децентралізації влади та євроінтеграційних процесів. У дисертації здійснено теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо модернізації системи стратегічного планування регіонального розвитку в умовах глобальних викликів.The dissertation is devoted to the urgent scientific problem of modernization of the system of strategic planning of regional development in the system of public administration in the conditions of global challenges. The relevance of the topic is due to the cardinal changes in the nature of territorial development management under the influence of globalization, technological revolution, environmental threats and geopolitical instability, as well as the need to develop innovative approaches to strategic planning in the conditions of decentralization of power and European integration processes. The dissertation provides theoretical and methodological justification and evelops practical recommendations for the modernization of the system of strategic planning of regional development in the conditions of global challenges.
