Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних аспектів управління мотивацією персоналу на підприємстві. У роботі розглянуто сутність і значення мотивації працівників, а також проаналізовано умови та особливості її формування в організації. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління мотивацією персоналу, а предметом – теоретичні та методичні засади оцінки ефективності управління мотивацією персоналу підприємства. На основі проведеного аналізу діяльності ТОВ «Інформаційно-технічний центр «Професіонал» оцінено стан системи мотивації працівників. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці пропозицій щодо удосконалення системи управління мотивацією персоналу підприємства, впровадження яких сприятиме підвищенню ефективності діяльності організації та зацікавленості працівників у результатах праці.

The master's qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of staff motivation management at an enterprise. The object of research is the process of staff motivation management, while the subject of research is the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the effectiveness of motivation management potential of a utility company. The research methods used in the work include systematization and generalization, methods of staff motivation, as well as statistical and comparative analysis. The study examines the theoretical foundations of personnel motivation management at an enterprise and analyzes the conditions of motivation within the organization. As part of the research, an analysis of personnel motivation management at the enterprise LLC "Information and Technical Center "Professional" was conducted. Based on the results of the analysis, proposals were developed for a comprehensive assessment of motivation and for improving the effectiveness of personnel motivation at the enterprise. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of recommendations aimed at improving staff motivation management at the enterprise. The proposed measures can be implemented in the organizational and technical conditions of LLC "Information and Technical Center "Professional" and will contribute to increasing the efficiency of motivation management within the company.
