Отримання та використання калусних культур : навчально-методичний комплекс

Abstract

У комплексі представлені методичні матеріали з курсу «Отримання та використання калусних культур». Наведено загальну структуру курсу, анотований зміст лекційного матеріалу, протоколи лабораторного практикуму, літературу та інтернет-ресурси до курсу, тематику семінарських занять, комплекс тестових завдань для самоконтролю студентів, контрольні питання до курсу, а також принципи оцінювання успішності студентів. Навчально-методичний комплекс призначений для студентів закладів вищої освіти, які вивчають дисципліни з біотехнології рослин.Methodical materials from the course "Obtaining and using callus cultures" are presented in the complex. The general structure of the course, the annotated content of the lecture material, the protocols of the laboratory workshop, the literature and іnternet resources for the course, the topics of the seminar classes, a set of test tasks for self-control of students, control questions for the course, and the principles of evaluating the success of students are given. The educational and methodological complex is intended for students of higher education institutions studying disciplines in plant biotechnology.
