Соціальний захист населення в умовах цифрової економіки

Abstract

Здійснено комплексне теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування трансформації системи соціального захисту населення в умовах цифровізації та розроблено концептуальні та практичні засади її модернізації в Україні з урахуванням сучасних соціально-економічних викликів, міжнародного досвіду та умов воєнного стану. Доведено, що в XXI столітті соціальний захист перестає бути виключно механізмом компенсації соціальних ризиків і трансформується у стратегічний інструмент забезпечення соціальної справедливості, підтримки людського капіталу, зміцнення суспільної довіри та забезпечення стійкості держави в умовах кризових трансформацій.The dissertation research provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological substantiation of the transformation of the population social protection system under the conditions of the digital economy and develops conceptual and practical foundations for its modernization in Ukraine, taking into account current socio-economic challenges, international experience, and wartime conditions. It has been proven that in the 21st century social protection ceases to be exclusively a mechanism for compensating social risks and is transformed into a strategic instrument for ensuring social justice, supporting human capital, strengthening public trust, and ensuring the resilience of the state under conditions of crisis transformations.
