Rickets, spasmophilia, hypervitaminosis D : methodical recommendations for students of 4 course of medical faculty

Abstract

Methodical recommendations contain information about etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of rickets in children. Great attention is paid to antenatal and postnatal prevention. Recommendations are given for emergency care for spasmophilia, as well as treatment in hypervitaminosis D. Methodical recommendations were developed based on the program discipline «Pediatrics» for students of higher medical educational institutions of III–IV degrees of accreditation, authorized by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. These recommendations intended for English-speaking medical students of the 4th year.

Методичні рекомендації містять інформацію, щодо етіології, патогенезу, діагностики та лікування рахіту у дітей. Велика увага надається антенатальні та постнатальній профілактиці. Наведено рекомендації щодо невідкладних станів при спазмофілії, а також лікування при та гіпервітамінозі Д. Mетодичні рекомендації розроблено базі програми дисципліни «Педіатрія» для студентів вищих медичних навчальних закладів III–IV ступенів акредитації, затвердженою МОЗ України. Дані рекомендації призначено для англомовних студентів-медиків 4-го курсу.
