Оптимізація аудиту якості і системи управління якістю підприємства на основі вимог ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягає у розробці методики аудиту підприємства до підвищення ефективності виробництва, визначенні й обґрунтуванні сучасних підходів до оптимізації СУЯ вітчизняних підприємствах, згідно із вимогами ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015. Об’єкт дослідження – система управління якістю підприємства. Предмет дослідження – методичні засади, принципи й підходів до удосконалення проведення аудиту СУЯ підприємства на основі вимог ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015. Для досягнення зазначеної мети в дослідженні поставлені наступні завдання: Здійснити огляд, проаналізувати та узагальнити дані літератури щодо тенденцій розвитку СУЯ у світі та в Україні. Оцінити стан впровадження СУЯ на підприємствах. Проаналізувати вимоги стандарту ДСТУ ISO 9001 та розробити раціональний алгоритм формування СУЯ підприємства відповідно до цих вимог. Розробити пропозиції щодо оптимізації СУЯ з урахуванням вимог стандарту ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015.The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for auditing an enterprise to improve production efficiency, to identify and substantiate modern approaches to optimizing the qms at domestic enterprises in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015. Object of research - enterprise quality management system. The subject of the study is the methodological foundations, principles and approaches to improving the audit of the enterprise QMS based on the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015. To achieve this goal, the study has the following objectives: To review, analyze and summarize the literature data on trends in the development of the QMS in the world and in Ukraine. To assess the state of implementation of the QMS at enterprises - Analyze the requirements of the DSTU ISO 9001 standard and develop a rational algorithm for the formation of the QMS of the enterprise in accordance with these requirements. To develop proposals for optimizing the QMS taking into account the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015.
