Публічне управління розвитком житлово-будівельної сфери в Україні

Abstract

У дисертації обґрунтовано теоретичні засади та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення публічного управління розвитком житлово-будівельної сфери. Уточнено сутність, структурні елементи механізмів публічного управління житлово-будівельною сферою. Визначено публічне управління у житлово-будівельній сфері – це діяльність органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування, спрямована на формування, реалізацію та контроль за виконанням політики у сфері житлового будівництва, забезпечення сталого розвитку житлової інфраструктури, підвищення доступності та якості житла для громадян.The dissertation substantiates the theoretical foundations and develops practical recommendations for improving public administration of the development of the housing and construction sphere. The essence and structural elements of the mechanisms of public administration in the housing and construction sphere are clarified. Public administration in the housing and construction sphere is defined as the activity of state authorities and local self-government bodies aimed at the formation, implementation, and control over the execution of policy in the field of housing construction, ensuring the sustainable development of housing infrastructure, and increasing the availability and quality of housing for citizens.
