Abstract
До збірника увійшли тези доповідей Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції молодих вчених «Актуальні питання гармонізації законодавства України і ЄС», що відбулася 11 червня 2026 року, присвяченої гармонізації законодавства України і Європейського Союзу. Організатором конференції стала кафедра цивільно-правових дисциплін юридичного факультету Харківського національного університету імені В. Н. Каразіна. Розраховано на наукових працівників, викладачів, аспірантів, студентів юристів, практиків та представників громадянського суспільства.
The collection includes the abstracts of the International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scholars «Modern Issues of Harmonization of the Legislation of Ukraine and the EU» held on June 11, 2026, and dedicated to the harmonization of the legislation of Ukraine and the European Union. The conference was organized by the Civil Law Disciplines Department of the School of Law at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. For researchers, teachers, postgraduate students, law students, practitioners and representatives of civil society.
