Abstract

Методичні вказівки щодо виконання курсових робіт з навчальної дисципліни «Порівняльне спадкове право» містять загальні вимоги до оформлення, виконання і захисту зазначеної форми індивідуальних завдань. Призначені для студентів 4 курсу юридичного факультету денної та заочної форми навчання. Виконання курсової роботи сприяє розширенню та оновленню здобутих теоретичних знань, опануванню навичками їх практичного використання та самостійного вирішення отриманих завдань. Завдяки підготовки курсової роботи студент не тільки удосконалить набуті знання та навички з відповідної дисципліни, а також зможе поглиблено ознайомитись з науково-практичним здобутком (монографії, наукові статті, тези виступів на конференціях тощо) за тематикою роботи.The methodological guidelines for the preparation of term papers in the course “Comparative Inheritance Law” set out the general requirements for the formatting, completion, and defense of this form of individual academic assignments. The guidelines are intended for fourth-year law students enrolled in both full-time and part-time study programmes. Completing a term paper contributes to the expansion and updating of acquired theoretical knowledge, the development of skills for its practical application, and the ability to independently address assigned tasks. Through the preparation of a term paper, students not only improve their knowledge and skills in the relevant discipline, but also gain an opportunity to engage in an in-depth study of scholarly and practical legal works, including monographs, academic articles, conference papers, and other research materials related to the chosen topic.
