Differential diagnosis of inherited, congenital and chronic diseases of respiratory tract in children : methodical recommendations for medical students of the 6 years of study

Abstract

Methodical recommendations contain information about congenital defects of various parts of the respiratory tract, hereditary diseases (cystic fibrosis, idiopathic hemosiderosis, etc.). The principles of diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases of the respiratory system in children are presented. Methodical recommendations are worked out on the basis of the Program of discipline «Pediatrics, children infectious diseases» for students of higher medical educational institutions of III-IV levels of accreditation, authorized by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. These recommendations are intended for English-speaking medical students of the 6th year of study.Методичні рекомендації містять інформацію щодо вроджених дефектів різних відділів респіраторного тракту, спадкових захворювань (муковісцедоз, ідіопатичний гемосидероз та ін.). Наведено принципи діагностики та лікування хронічних захворювань дихальної системи у дітей. Методичні рекомендації розроблено на основі Програми дисципліни «Педіатрія, дитячі інфекційні хвороби» для студентів вищих медичних навчальних закладів ІІІ-ІV рівнів акредитації, затвердженої МОЗ України. Ці рекомендації призначені для англомовних студентів-медиків 6 курсу навчання.
