Аналітичне дослідження ринку праці в Україні

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є ринок праці в Україні та країнах ЄС. Предмет роботи – теоретико-методологічні основи та статистичний аналіз ринку праці. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є проведення аналітичного дослідження ринку праці в Україні, вивчення сутності ринку праці та визначення тенденцій основних економічних категорій трудового ринку, таких як зайнятість, безробіття та оплата праці. Основними результатами кваліфікаційної роботи є: визначено основні закономірності функціонування ринку праці; проаналізовано вплив ринку праці на економічний розвиток; розглянуто механізм регулювання ринку праці; досліджено тенденції та особливості зайнятості населення України; проаналізовано динаміку оплати праці в Україні та визначено наявність та рівень галузевої та регіональної диференціації; вивчено вплив економічних криз останніх років (пандемія COVID-19 та повномасштабне вторгнення Росії в Україну) на ринок праці в Україні та країнах ЄС, а також досвід подолання їх наслідків.The object of the research is the labour market in Ukraine and EU countries. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological foundations and statistical analysis of the labour market. The aim of the qualification work is to conduct an analytical research of the labour market in Ukraine, to study the essence of the labour market, and to determine the trends of the main economic categories of the labour market, such as employment, unemployment, and wage rates. The main results of the qualification work are: the main patterns of the labour market functioning were identified; the impact of the labour market on economic development was analyzed; the mechanism of labour market regulation was considered; the trends and features of employment in Ukraine were investigated; the dynamics of wage rates in Ukraine were analyzed and the presence and level of sectoral and regional differentiation were determined; the impact of recent economic crises (COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s full- scale invasion of Ukraine) on the labour market in Ukraine and EU countries, as well as the experience of overcoming their consequences was studied.
