Електрокардіограма при блокаді лівої ніжки пучка Гіса

Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню електрокардіографічних ознак блокади лівої ніжки пучка Гіса (БЛНПГ) та її розгалужень. Описуються зміни, які відбуваються на ЕКГ при цих варіантах блокад, а також характерні особливості на тлі гострого інфаркту міокарда, гіпертрофії лівого шлуночка. Наведений матеріал ґрунтується на сучасних рекомендаціях з аналізу ЕКГ.The article is devoted to the definition of electrocardiographic signs of left bundle branch block (LBBB) and its branches. Changes that occur on the ECG with these variants of blockades, as well as characteristic features against the background of acute myocardial infarction, left ventricular hypertrophy are described. The given material is based on modern recommendations for ECG analysis.
