Психологічні основи професійного самовизначення старшокласників

Abstract

Метою даного дослідження є вивчення психологічних основ професійного самовизначення старшокласників, аналіз чинників, що впливають на цей процес, а також визначення ролі гендерних відмінностей у виборі професії. Для досягнення цієї мети були поставлені такі завдання: проаналізувати основні психологічні концепції професійного самовизначення старшокласників; оцінити вплив гендерних особливостей на процес вибору професії серед старшокласників; розробити практичні рекомендації для психологів щодо підтримки та корекції процесу професійного самовизначення підлітків. Об'єктом дослідження є процес професійного самовизначення старшокласників. Предметом дослідження є психологічні аспекти цього процесу, зокрема вплив особистісних та гендерних характеристик на вибір професії.The purpose of this study is to examine the psychological foundations of high school students' professional self-determination, analyze the factors that influence this process, and determine the role of gender differences in career choice. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to analyze the basic psychological concepts of high school students' professional self-determination; to evaluate the influence of gender characteristics on the process of choosing a profession among high school students; and to develop practical recommendations for psychologists to support and improve the process of professional self-determination of adolescents. The object of the study is the process of professional self-determination of high school students. The subject of the study is the psychological aspects of this process, in particular the influence of personal and gender characteristics on the choice of profession.
