Застосування медіації як методу врегулювання конфліктів в ІТ-організаціях в Україні

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню використання медіації як методу врегулювання конфліктів в українських ІТ-організаціях. Перший розділ роботи присвячений з'ясуванню теоретичних засад медіації як методу врегулювання конфліктів в ІТ-організації, також в даному розділі були розглянуті сутність та переваги застосування медіації у врегулюванні конфліктів. Другий розділ присвячений дослідженню особливостей нормативноправової бази медіації в США та в Україні за допомогою використання порівняльного аналізу, а також застосування медіації як методу врегулювання конфліктів в ІТ-компаніях як в Україні, так і в США. У третьому розділі представлена програма пілотажного емпіричного дослідження «Зʼясування проблем та тенденцій використання медіації в українських ІТ-компаніях», а також результати анкетного онлайн опитування працівників українських продуктових та аутстаф компаній з метою аналізу з'ясування проблем та тенденцій використання медіації як методу врегулювання конфліктів в ІТ-організаціях в Україні.The work is devoted to the study of the use of mediation as a method of conflict resolution in Ukrainian IT organizations. The first section of the work is devoted to clarifying the theoretical basis of mediation as a method of conflict resolution in the IT organization, and the essence and advantages of using mediation in conflict resolution were also considered in this section. The second chapter is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the legal framework of mediation in the USA and Ukraine using a comparative analysis, as well as the use of mediation as a method of conflict resolution in IT companies both in Ukraine and in the USA. The third chapter presents the pilot empirical research program "Clarification of problems and trends in the use of mediation in Ukrainian IT companies", as well as the results of an online questionnaire survey of employees of Ukrainian food and outstaff companies with the aim of analyzing the clarification of problems and trends in the use of mediation as a method of conflict resolution in IT organizations in Ukraine.
